Welcome to Unsolved.uk, a passionate store for board games and murder mysteries. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
- These terms apply to all purchases made at Unsolved.uk (Unsolved AB).

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Products and Prices
- All prices are stated in EURO and include VAT.

Product images and descriptions are for guidance only. Minor variations may occur.
Order
- Once you have completed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
- A binding purchase agreement comes into effect when your payment has been approved.
Payment
- You can choose from several payment options, such as card payment, installment plans, invoice, or direct bank transfer.
- The seller may require payment for the item once it has been shipped from the seller to the buyer.
- If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may place a hold on the purchase amount on the card at the time of order. The card will be charged on the same day the item is shipped.

When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 years old cannot pay by invoice.
Delivery
- We strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original, unchanged condition. Please send the item back in its original packaging to:

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Returns and Defects
- If the product is defective or does not match your order, please contact us immediately to make a complaint. By law, you have the right to claim defects for three (3) years from the day you receive the item.
- If your complaint is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

- We process all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Your information is used solely to manage your order and improve our service.

Disputes
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or purchases made through Unsolved.se shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled under Swedish law and be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish general courts, with Örebro District Court as the court of first instance.
